Hi All,

I over stretched 1 day about 7months ago and I had a strong pain in my groin. It hurt throughout the day but when I got home and into the shower I noticed a small red/blue mark about 1/2 centimetre long that very slightly indented in my thigh and was maybe 1/4 of a centimetre thick.

Over a period of 4 months the length quadrupled and was following my vein up my groin. Now 3 months later the mark as gone up my left leg, across scrotum and starting to travel down the groin of my right leg.

My left leg always feels like a dead weight, heav, tingling with pins and kneedles and can cause a decent amount of pain which makes me hobble a bit.

If I have a shower my left foot goes purple-ish and if I have a bath it intensifies the pain from where the mark originated from on my left leg.

I was seen by a dermatologist who took a 5second look and said it was a stretch mark (though GP initially ruled that out). I stated would it cause all the symptoms and he said it wouldn't.

So I'm left more puzzled. I have a big vacation coming up with 7 fights and some flights being 8-9hrs long so I'm a bit worried that I'll have a potential problem with this in a foreign country.

Anyone any suggestions?
