I have never taken Hylands Calms Forte, either, Cher, but I agree with you about the warning. Some supplements can delay wound/scar healing and/or result in extended bruising times. In fact, I read about one woman who experienced delayed wound healing following minor surgery. The doctor became perplexed as to why the area could not heal properly. As it turns out, she was taking some type of daily supplement (I do not remember which one). After she discontinued the supplement, the problem resolved.
Therefore, be careful.

I am not certain what Hylands Calms Forte has to do with scars, but it does seem to be an item to look at if sleeplessness is an issue. The literature asserts it is all-natural, gentle, and does not contain any drugs. I like the fact that chamomile is an ingredient (I love chamomile tea!). Some people swear by the product and say it relieves stress and is a great sleep aid. [br][br]Perhaps this would be a good supplement to take if you are having a cosmetic procedure (like a laser treatment) to lessen the appearance of scars or acne? Still, always check with your doctor; some supplements encourage bruising.
