Sun Damage

Clinical Overview

Sun damage is a skin condition caused by ultraviolet radiation exposure. Damage to the skin may manifest itself through sunburns, cosmetic changes in the skin’s appearance, pre-cancerous lesions, or skin cancer. Signs of sun damage include the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, skin roughness, looseness, and patches of irregular pigmentation.
